We were greatly honored to be invited by Taiwan Construction Research Institute to give three talks in the topics of (1) design codes for offshore fixed structures, (2) metocean criteria and (3) an introduction to offshore engineering, procurement, construction and installation (EPCI) at National Taiwan University of Science and Technology on December 5th, 2017.

We were invited to visit Bureau of Energy, Ministry of Economic Affairs and participated in a joint meeting with W-team and M-team to give our suggestions and solutions to the development of Taiwan offshore wind energy on December 6th, 2017.
